You can contact us by mail, telephone, Live chat or whatsapp for a first acquaintance. Then we come to your house and we look together at what your wishes are, and we make a free quote. If an agreement is reached, we make a contract, where everything is carefully mentioned. You can then follow us through the report that we send to you after each intervention.  This way you can follow from a distance and intervene when necessary.
You have a choice between 4 standard formules :

• Annual contract :
  We come to check your property once a month for a fixed amount. This means control of the garden, house, swimming pool, emptying of the post box, and everything that has been agreed with you. With 4 extra visits per year for possible interventions. This can be an extra check after stormy weather, package pick-up, letting in work people, … After each visit a report will be send to you by mail or Whatsapp.
• Monthly contract :
  We come to check your property once a week for a fixed amount. This means control of the garden, house, swimming pool, emptying of the post box, and everything that has been agreed with you.
  After each visit a report will be send to you by mail or Whatsapp.
• Established fixed-term contract, eg when you leave on holiday :
  This formula is determined together with you and can vary a lot according to your wishes.
• Holiday rental contract.
  You take care of the guests, we take care of the rest. We charge a fixed amount per rental. This amount basically embraces the entire process of arrival, until departure of the guests. These services are determined in the contract. If there are any problems with the guests, (damage to the house …) we are obviously not liable for this. But we will do our very best to solve this as efficiently as possible.
