Key Holding :

• This includes guarding your spare key and 4 unforeseen control interventions per year.

• 1 visit a month, were we come to check your property and control the good functioning of your installations. We check your garden, your house, swimming pool etc. We empty your postbox and do everything what has been agreed with you. We offer 4 extra visits per year if needed.(extra check after stormy weather, package pick-up, letting in work people etc) A report will be send to you by mail or Whatsapp after each visit.

Limited term contract

• This formula is drawn up together with you and can vary according to your wishes.

Check in / out :

• Meet and greet with the tenants, key delivery, inventory. Answering questions from the tenants,
  and help if necessary.

Cleaning and checking after departure tenants :

• Cleaning the property, checking for possible damages and sending a report
  by mail or Whatsapp.

Linen package rental :

• A linen package consists of 4 towels, 4 bath towels and bed linen for 2 bedrooms.
  Being bed linen for 2 large beds or 4 small beds.

Washing and ironing your linen :

• We collect, wash and iron your sheets and towels and return them. If desired
  we make up the beds.

20 € based on 2 bedrooms.

Ironing service :

• Don’t feel like ironing during the holidays, we take care of your ironing.
  Rate calculated with a minimum of half an hour. After per 10 minutes.

16 € per hour.

Shopping service :

• We do your groceries in a supermarket of your choice before you arrival.
  You only have to send your list.

Inventory :

• We make a written inventory of your belongings and take pictures of the general
  state of the property. This inventory is kept by us or in your property for viewing.

50 € – 100 € depending on the size of the property.
